All material shall remain within the confines of the dumpster.
- Contents must not exceed the top or sides of the container.
- Every attempt shall be made to disperse the weight within the dumpster equally.
- Customer agrees to obtain all necessary permits and ensure that all ordinances and laws are
observed in accordance with the use of the equipment - Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless United Recycling of Cumming, LLC from any
damage that may occur to the property where the dumpster is located. - Customer acknowledges that any equipment provided by United Recycling of Cumming, LLC is
done so for the convenience of the customer and remains the property of United Recycling of
Cumming, LLC. - Customer agrees to provide proper care and safekeeping of any rented equipment and is liable
to United Recycling of Cumming, LLC for any loss or damage to rented equipment in excess of
reasonable wear and tear. - The customer will indemnify and hold harmless United Recycling of Cumming, LLC, its owners,
employees, agents, and corporate associates from any damage or injury to persons or property
while the container is in the possession and until its contents are disposed of and processed. - The customer is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of
the contents of the container until the contents are disposed of and accepted without protest
by the respective disposal facility. - In the event that the contents are not allowed by this contract or any Town, State, or
Federal Agency are disposed of in the unit, all penalties, or any other action is taken for such
disposal, the customer is fully responsible for any and all charges associated with the handling of
unauthorized items. Costs may include, but are not limited to, cleanup, monitoring, testing, legal
fees, penalties, and or any other charges arising from the depositing of unauthorized items in the
dumpster.
We make every effort possible to ensure timely and reliable delivery and pick up of dumpsters.
However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery times or
dates. Inclement weather, hazardous roads and driving conditions, traffic delays, motor vehicle
accidents, delays at landfills, equipment failure, etc., happen occasionally, and we cannot be responsible
for these delays. Customers are prohibited from moving dumpsters from place to place. If the dumpster
needs to be moved to a different address, the customer MUST notify United Recycling of Cumming, LLC.
to make the proper arrangements.
By using or engaging in our service(s), you hereby acknowledge and agree to the above terms and
conditions. For all intents and purposes regarding financial and/or legal issues, the terms and
conditions found here shall constitute a legally binding service agreement and shall have the same force
and effect as a signed service agreement.
